Lots of really good people that work there, benefits, rrsp program
Cons
Lacking in the area of boosting employee morale. Lots of preventable stress due to poor planning, poor communication, dumping (instead of delegating) & duplication of effort. Smh at how some get paid to do the minimum, while others are overworked.
