Owner tries to run todays business based on yesterdays concepts and technology. CFO makes decisions out of area of expertise in order to keep owner focused and business running Transportation is unreliable. Drivers do not show up or make timely deliveries. Too many decisions made by uneducated staff

Employees in processing, warehouse, and transportation divisions are warm, cheerful, friendly and hard-working despite markedly low morale.
