1. The company either lives in a fantasy world where it thinks the employees have no issues or it doesnt care at all. In either of the case there is no HR. 2. The middle management is useless and scared most of the time 3. You definitely and many a times will work late at night till 11 and on saturdays 4. You have to manage your own travel making this a very unsafe commute, specially for girls 5. The wirk is so boring and monotonous sort of like a dtp operator. 6 Have you noticed the1 liner 5 star reviews on glass door. I feel that it is definitely written by management. The company writes even the reviews lazily and the monotonous sentences do represent the kind of work being done. 7. The work experience is useless while working for an actual market research company
