During our interview and onboarding process, we are upfront about the role’s 9 AM–6 PM schedule and clearly explain that the position is event-based, with the majority of the day spent outdoors. We also walk through how to prepare for varying weather conditions—including the need for appropriate clothing, hydration, and taking breaks when needed.
We understand you chose to leave after less than an hour at your first event, but it’s difficult to get a full picture of any job or team environment in such a short amount of time. Many who take the time to engage with our process have found it to be both rewarding and full of opportunities for growth—personally and professionally.
