Owner's are two faced and tend to gang up on individuals that they do not like instead of firing or actively training to be better.
No support in continued learning.
Will overwork every individual available.
Does not stand behind their management team.
Work areas unclean.
No acknowledgement for good work or exceeding goals.
Underminds all decisions made by management making everything more or less a joke to the employees.
Bad attitude from the top excudes throughout the entire company.
Only way to get ahead in company is by being two faced, a back stabber, and tattletale.
Uses outdated methods and knowledge to train, motivate, sell, and advertise.
