Pros
The bonuses can be very good when you get them, and the Goodyear incentive helps. If you have a good district or regional, your job could be easy. My staff is great, though, and that makes life in Mavis that much simpler. If you can deal with charging unnecessary services, you'll move up quickly and get paid somewhat decently. The hours aren't killer, though, so balancing life and work is ready.
Cons
Depending on your district or regional, high pressure to sell useless power steering or brake flushes to every customer, a minimum of two struts a day, and pray if you don't get at least one credit application a day. Have your guys follow all their procedures and a 15 minute oil change turns into 45 minutes, leading to a backup of cars. Upper management won't care, though. Also, believe me when I say your mechanics' quotas go up if they get anywhere close to meeting it. Completely unfair for the work they do.
