Pros

There are no pros in this company and don't believe the recent positive reviews that were recently posted. The owners and management are in the clouds. There staff is leaving cause the pay sucks.

Cons

1) this is an automotive job and they hire staff that has no automotive experience 2) all they care about is moving service such as brake flushes and power steering fluid flushes. Not real world repairs. 3) if you don't move there Goodyear credit cards a there will be hell to pay from upper management 4) Human Resources is a joke you can tell them how you feel and you are being treated unfairly and no one will get back to you

Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
