1) The company as a whole is horrible During this time the coronavirus 2020 every where is close so the company demand the shop to open all bay doors and it is cold and windy out 35 degree and wind at 5 mph, minimum heating The reason for this is “we need to let people know we still open” 2) it’s pay and commissions based which is pretty much little pay, example: everyone in the store gets 4% on alignment, so within one week, I earned the company $599.93 on alignment alone and I only get $24.00 out of that. 3) as a tire technician, it’s seriously unfair that these 4 white shirts(managers) sitting around and just doing nothing meanwhile the only tire technician (me) have to change all the tires and stuff, basically only one working and Mavis have this system where, if the store as a whole sells a certain amount of tires, ONLY the managers get the $50 commission each at the end of the month for just sitting and doing basically nothing, and as a tire technician I get $0.25 for one tire in commission.

Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
