Pros

They are very structured with a process for everything. They allow you to focus on work flow by taking charge of other administrative tasks.

Cons

No feeling of trust. Cameras in show room and shop. Not favorable to family and faith oriented individuals. Open on Sundays. They are focused on being fast and cheap, not on being high quality or meeting all of the customers automotive needs. They push you throughout the day to sell more shocks, brakes, tires, tpms seal kits, and fluid services but don't care if larger more complicated mechanical issues exist that may cause a customer to have a break down, an accident, or a larger repair bill that could have been prevented.

Pros

Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

Cons

RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
