Toxic Work Environment - Administrative Max Finkelstein Employee Review

At Max Finkelstein, the only thing more important than our customers is the safety and security of our employees and the facilities in which they work. Even when the feedback comes from a disgruntled former employee, we react to insure a safe working environment. On Adam's complaint, our safety department brought in outside technical people who ran a test, placing monitors throughout the facility, including on the desk where he worked. Their report come back negative for any presence of harmful toxins. In fact, we've had employees who have been working in that shop from 25-50 years with no health issues. Not everything with an odor is toxic. We thank this person for his feedback and hope he finds employment where he can make a positive contribution.
