Nothing positive left really! not even technically. MxL used to be a good place at least for learning.
Cons
Poor Management (technical & general) Lack of vision Financially weak Toxic environment There are expectations but no appreciation Engineers will pay (already paid) for wrong top level decisions. Not a place to grow Leave rate is high in Engineering (RFIC)
