Pros
Anyone can at least get a chance in the company, the interview is a technicality since it seems they hired anyone who showed up so if you have problems with your past jobs or have a record they won't care. If you are able to set appointments for the salesmen (strictly through cold calling) you can make A LOT of money via bonuses. There were a couple of really nice supervisors & I met a handful of co-workers that were very cool people also. I had to quit because I was moving out of state otherwise I would have stayed as long as they would have me.
Cons
First, the person who said yes to you for an appointment has to get a call back from a supervisor to confirm & they have to have a certain credit score or they're denied the appointment you talked them into. 2nd, if the salesman doesn't close the deal you don't get a bonus. They fire people as quick as they hire them so if you don't set some appointments in your 1st week you're most likely getting fired. You don't get a paycheck for nearly a month because they hold on to your 1st 2 weeks of pay until you stop working there. I didn't even think that was legal but somehow it must be because you're there for a month before you get 2 weeks pay. If you don't like being hung-up on, yelled at, & living with the knowledge you might be fired at any moment you're not going to like the job.
