Great management. Really good mentors. Management tries to make sure employees are recognized for their contributions to the company. Relaxed work environment.

There is not a lot of opportunity if you want to live in Michigan.

Not massively difficult or really physically demanding. When things are running smooth its great.

Lots can and does go wrong. Dies need repair, automation needs adjustment, conveyor belts stop working. I can see this being very stressful when you really need to hit production numbers but you just can't.
