Pros
A lot of opportunity to grow in many fields if you’re interested in this population. Management does their best to advocate for higher pay and compensation (sometimes unsuccessful). The orientation trainings are the best- so detailed and informative
opportunity to work with amazing clients who will brighten your day if you have a passion and understanding for this field and compassion for this population

- Standards and operations vary depending on the person and are not consistent across all employees
