You can try the cakes.

Cons

Working on the Cedric Grolet department is basic slavery. Working over 13 hour shifts for less than minimum wage. Both pastry chefs and sales are bullied by management. We are not valued to the Paris team at all - I don’t think they realise mental health is an issue. We are: Overworked Bullied Not appreciated Under paid

Pros

Very supportive family like atmosphere across teams with solid leadership.

Cons

Smaller group if looking for a more global presence but they are growing rapidly. This could also be a pro.

Pros

The benefits, BOH staff once you get to know them are nice.

Cons

Understaffed since COVID. Management turnover is outlandish, GM and other senior folks heads rolled right and left. Hotel run by “task force” temporary leadership for months at a time. Some execs dismissed for corruption. One side of the Atlantic never knew what the other side was doing, everything illogical blamed on “London” (Corporate)
