Have the processes and backing of a large international organisation (Sonepar) whilst retaining the feel of working for the smaller, locally owned business that it used to be.

Development and internal progression are a big focus across the business.
Salaries are reviewed and increased yearly.
Cons
Have to have been with the business for two or three years before you would be considered for development. Skillset, prior experience or aptitude doesn't have much impact on this.
