It’s a dying company. Struggling to keep up and relevant but failing because of management. Everything is still paper based and it was not up to date with preventive maintenance or calibrations for equipment. Just producing generic drugs and contract manufacturing to pay bills but not competitive. Will soon be overtaken by cheaper manufacturing overseas.
