Pros
The only positive aspect I can mention about the company is that the salary for most employees was better than what other companies in the market were offering.
Cons
The management was completely incompetent and had no trust in the employees. They constantly treated people like tools rather than human beings, with no real interest in developing or supporting the team in any meaningful way. We were promised medical insurance multiple times, but that turned out to be nothing but empty words as no real steps were taken to implement it.
As for social insurance, on paper, employees were insured, but in reality, the company wasn’t paying the required contributions. The company treated employees terribly. There’s no way to leave the place without trouble. Either you’ll find yourself in a problematic situation where the management makes it difficult to retrieve your paperwork, last salary, or you’ll be laid off suddenly, with the excuse that they’re downsizing.
Lastly, I genuinely suspect the company was involved in money laundering. They were spending a lot, but no real decisions were made to execute projects or make any substantial improvements. It was all just superficial with no real results.
