      No work life balance. High work pressure. Frequent follow up from higher officials which leads people to work extra time in office.

      1. Best place in current market to learn new and expose technology 2. It is a startup company so you can indulge in all part of software development phases 3. Good Human resource welfare schemes (Food, Transportation and Unplanned Leaves are available)

      Cons

      Since it is a starup salary will be less but work pressure will be more. Still knowledge gaining is guranteed.
