Pros
Global Canadian company. Market leader for now, head down, work hard, don’t ask for much and you can ride out a few years.
Cons
The only thing that matters is profit. Finance led company, slow and uncompetitive. Can’t keep pace with competition. Leadership has no direction and are wolves in sheeps clothing. Lack of career progression. It’s going downhill fast, avoid it.
