Some people who still work there have vast knowledge of the industry and truly care about the customers
Cons
Most people there have no idea what they are doing. Management did not think big and plan ahead, as they claim to with their leadership principles, and allowed for the majority of their knowledgeable workforce to retire without first adequately training their replacements.
