Everything else... Expected to be available well outside working hours, people frequently work evenings, weekends, public holidays, etc. Core hours policy not possible to be used as people will book meetings after 5:30 and expect you to be available. Workaholic culture, HR is well aware of it, agree its bad but have taken no actions to address or change this.
