Pros
Very 9-5 atmosphere. Most staffers didn't even have their email sent to their phones. People truly ended their work day at 5 and didn't think about the office again until arriving the next morning.
Cons
A lot of the staff have worked at McCormick for 10-plus years (some more like 15-20) which results in a very antiquated way of doing business. It's not really a very creative place, nothing is cutting edge. There is also no room for advancement. You pick your own title when you start, and that's the title you'll have for the duration of your employment.
