Pros
-An amazing and kind boss that gave me the most flexible hours I could have asked for -At least someone on your shift knew what to do in any given situation -Pretty chill atmosphere once you stopped having to learn how to do everything -Being nice to customers stops them from being angry, and I was pretty nice
Cons
-Working from Feb 2022 -> Feb 2023 there was constant chronic staffing issues -Your coworkers are not the most perfect upstanding citizens -Very managerial-based operations; a good department head quitting has a massive effect on workplace efficiency and satisfaction -A ton of stuff to learn and not being good with people got you mopping and doing the dishes
