Cons
Horrible team ethic and culture on-site. Horrible management and vibe in office. HR director was inept, unprofessional and embellished the role during interview and on day 1 during company induction. Engineering team and BIM/drafting team completely disrespected by every site team. Huge blame culture. Expected to do multiple roles because bid wasn’t priced correctly and/or wanted to lowball others in order to win the project. Unstable company at time of leaving. Benefits were non-existent. Use of “employee-ownership” to get employees to save cost at every opportunity but no reward for team when projects successfully delivered with profit. Little to no acknowledgement for doing a good job. Stigma around taking your annual leave. Stigma around staying at home when genuinely sick - expected to come in.
