Pros
Laid back environment, most employees are nice and laid back. Some of the exec team are personable, some don't even acknowledge you exist.
Cons
They don't observe their core tenants of company culture. There were many times it felt that "Important Information Immediately" meant "Important Information whenever". The smallest example is company events/lunches occurring with not ever hearing of them. The biggest example is a shake up in the exec team with 1 day notice. They are proud of having increased billing by millions, and don't mind letting all the employees know how proud they are of this, but don't let "quintuple" profits trickle down. They leave employees to help shoulder all the additional workload with no help or thanks. Insurance wasn't great, they only covered "50% cost of any prescription" and only 50%. No fighting or arguing.
