They dismiss you once the job/ project is done. They give no proper reason before dismissing. They hire you full time permanent, but no proper procedures- such as no verbal warning or No written warning. Also fake promises! I wouldn’t trust this Company overall. 3 and 5 months review tells good things about you. But after their projects are done they start seeing problems! So be very careful before joining!!! If you have other opportunity I would suggest take that. !!!!! Good luck
