Pros
- great employees - work/life balance is stressed - majority of mid level management (up to Director level) seem to genuinely care for their team. Although some of them have been there for a number of years and don't have any new ideas. - working in improving health care; Better Health is the motto
Cons
- the callous disregard for real innovation is depressing - management asks for new ideas but then expects you to build it into the product and get it released on your own (if they approve of it). Demotivates real innovation if you have to do all of it yourself and then when you are punished for not doing enough to get it out the door. - Only real change in the last 5 years was a director they hired from outside the company who was unceremoniously dumped because of new directions and ideas for improvement
