Pros
There are no pros at this company. Management does not live to ICARE principles they expect their employees to fulfill. How can you trust leadership that deceives the customer base with products that are not fully tested and are shoved into a client's production system? Management only listens to a problem when the customer reports it in the field, and then an immediate hot fix solution becomes critical........... That is only one example why the Horizon product line suffered. The majority of smart customers have jumped ship to go with Epic and Cerner.
Cons
The management and HR department are not to be trusted and do not follow the ICARE principles they preach. Management will work you like a dog, nights, weekends, holidays, pto, chew you up, and then spit you out. Management rotates like a violent F5 tornado storm, causing a path of destruction.
