Pros
The majority of people employed by the company are great people. The office is very laid back, no real dress code or standards to adhere to.
Cons
There are many offices that are all held to different standards. The idea was that the St. Louis office would be the new hub, I was told this when hired. Eventually people in other offices started voicing they thought they would be laid off. Duties were taken from the St. Louis office and sent to others. The call center was expected to work through lunches unpaid but was sometimes offered lunches. All the management is at different locations and causes many delays in meetings and reviews. I only had one review in the year and a half I was there, even after asking about one. Many members of my team were told that raises would be approved and implemented and then nothing was said or done.
When I was laid off I was told that it was for no disciplinary reason, they were simply eliminating positions. I was never given any documentation that I had any disciplinary infractions. I was told by HR and my manager I would be eligible for unemployment however they reported that I was fired for disciplinary reasons and never got any benefits.
