Decent support and non-financial benefits. Unionized workforce in most areas of the university. Beautiful campus with good facilities for staff use.
Cons
Under appreciation of the Arts and horrendously expensive parking. The culture is quite varied depending on what department you're in and who's in charge of that department at that time. Serious over-working of minimum wage employees
