Pros
If there is no option that exists for you in terms of job on this planet that is the only situation where you should be seeking a job in this Organisation. And second, if you do not want to apply your mind and do not have your own perspective, then again you are an ideal fit. Because all they need are execution specialist robots who can work as per their instructions. Or if you are a consultant and wish to work with this Organisation as one.
Cons
One thing that is guaranteed for you and comes irrespective whether you want it or not is HUMILIATION. This is one thing that you will get it in abundance. You can understand the entire culture with this one statement "Trust but Verify" which exists big time in the organisation. And basically the senior leadership team doesn't trust anyone. They want to hire professionals from the best of the industries but convert them into execution robots with no brains of their own. Continuous humiliation over mails, in person is a regular practice and they make sure it is done in public and if it is over the email then minimum 7-10 senior people will be marked. And one more thing that this company specializes in is hiring consultants in different functions and making them supreme. So it is not the senior leadership team only but the consultants are also given all the powers to demean you. This Organisation wants to grow big time but doesn't know how to treat its people with dignity and respect. It misses the soul.
