      It can be very stressful and fast pace .You have to get the job done even if you are an intern.Its unpaid

      Pros

      The atmosphere at Mdrn. was welcoming, warm, and it didn't feel like your typical real estate company. Staff and team were friendly and it felt like a family. I've never felt any stress and it was one of the best companies and roles I've held. Sad to see Mdrn. ended up dissolving.

      - Small company so good communication between management - Casual office atmosphere - Friendly coworkers - Open space layout -- encourages communication

      - New company so management team is still trying to figure itself out - No clear business plan - Interns are not always well directed - Unpaid
