Pros

-100% remote: Love the flexibility of working from home. -Work-life harmony: Little to no overtime, but have a life. -Great team: The team is supportive, fun, and laid back. -Growth potential: The company has just rebranded and is expanding its list of clients, with plenty of opportunities. -Challenging work: B2B marketing keeps things interesting and requires strategic thinking. -Fair pay: Compensation is above the industry average with benefits. -Autonomy: No one is breathing down your neck. -Boutique agency style: A smaller team means wearing multiple hats, but this keeps work interesting IMO. -All hands on deck: Expect to roll up your sleeves and get involved in daily tasks.

Cons

-All hands on deck: Expect to roll up your sleeves and get involved in daily tasks; it's a con if you fancy supervising rather than doing work. -Growing pains: Occasional bumps in the road as the company expands (e.g., process, delegation) -Boutique agency style: A smaller team means wearing multiple hats, again, good or bad, depending on your preference.

Pros

Compensation and Wage: Competitive wage. Culture and Environment: Owner actively tries to involve and engage employees in some design decisions, company direction and team culture. Owner encourages an open and critical environment for casual and serious discussion. My day-to-day changes depending on the business objectives for the week or month. Rarely do I do the same tasks for more than 3 days in a row. Mutual understanding that I am learning different aspects of marketing on the job, and I am provided with the tools and support needed to do this effectively. Flexible work environment. Creative Freedom. I can listen to my own music the whole time I work. Coworkers are polite and easy to work with. Job Tasks: Content creation/research is the best part of the job, and even better that its the main part of what I have done. Logistics: I get my own desk and computer. Location has free parking. Free Coffee & Snacks, plus the owner provides all his employees with lunch once a week.

Cons

Compensation and Wage: As an intern, there are no other benefits other than the wage and vacation days. Job Task: At first, it was hard to see tangible results for companies I had tasks for. But as I get assigned more tasks, I am starting to see my work effect our clients. Some tasks are admittedly boring, like spreadsheet filling. But these are tasks that need to be done. Use of Asana to track and manage my tasks is inconsistent.
