Measured is run by a group of talented and dedicated people. Everyone hits the ground running every day and everyone is a combination of a tech or marketing expert and some both. The CEO and leadership team are authentic, have communicated clear goals, and give autonomy to get the job done. Measured's client list is admirable and it's clients are happy. The company has a lot of energy, a healthy business, and is on track for a very successful future.

Measured is a later stage startup with a well-defined goal. That means it runs lean and with directed energy. This may not be for everyone. You may have to wear multiple hats: talking with clients, coding, and writing power points as needed. You may or may not thrive in this environment. You will be expected to come in and make an immediate impact.

Overall this is a solid place to work and grow your career. I joined early on and eventually came back after spending time at another company because it didn’t come close to the experience I had at measured. Hands down, the people here are the best part. Everyone is incredibly smart, genuinely supportive, and they’re some of the most hardworking people I know. The work can be challenging yet rewarding and gives you the opportunity to make a real impact for clients (and they're big-name brands you'll recognize). Leadership is approachable and keeps things transparent with monthly company-wide updates on finances, strategy, product roadmap, wins, challenges. Even as a remote first company, the culture still feels very connected through strong collaboration and team offsites. Highly recommend if you're looking for growth without the typical corporate nonsense.

Working across multiple time zones can be tricky and takes some time to navigate. As with any growing company there are periods of change and evolving processes, which can feel a bit whirlwind if you're used to more established setups. That said, leadership is generally receptive to feedback and works to improve as the company scales.
