I worked at Mechanical Devices Company and I don’t recommend it. The atmosphere is very toxic and stressful. Management don’t really understand what is happening on the floor and there is basically no real process.
Production is chaos. People do things their own way, no clear procedures, no standards, and when something goes wrong they just look for someone to blame.
Overtime is common (more than agreed hours) and you work under constant pressure. It also feels like new repatriates / new arrivals are used as cheap labor because they accept conditions others wouldn’t.
