-High starting pay for sales associate -Great working environment -Little to no micro management ***I love this job and my superiors more than I have at any job I've had but the cons outweigh the pros.***
Cons
-Little to no communication/feedback from superiors -Little notice to schedule changes -No employee recognition for good performance -Not supportive or innovative or creative ideas from subordinates -Superiors judgement of subordinates are not individualized yet grouped (stereotype) -Manager takes matters of disappointment with employees with a passive aggressive approach by avoiding direct confrontation either in person, phone or email then without advance notice will send email regarding not having extra work hours for you until further notice....Their way of protecting themselves from having to explain, having to pay unemployment, etc.
