Pros

I enjoyed my position helping people who needed it. I enjoyed talking to my clients and hearing their stories.

Cons

I really disliked when we could not assist a client. I also didn't personally care for the cold calls, but understood that they were necessary.

Pros

The position allowed me to meet a lot of people. It was very satisfying to be able to help the applicants in such a difficult time. The company allowed a 4 day work week which was great for me at the time. More companies should allow that option.

Cons

It was difficult when unable to assist the applicants.
