The early hours allow for you to have more freedom in your day while others with traditional work hours are still at work. Helping people change their lives. The pay was decent
Cons
The management at the location is horrible in so many ways that it is unbelievable he still has a job overseeing others. The environment is hostile, the turnover rate is high, upper management all SEEM nice and helpful. Employees are Overworked and under appreciated.
