Pros
I've worked for MP 3 years now, and love it. My recruiter will go above and beyond to help me with anything. This was something I wasn't use to when I first came on board. Other companies were mostly lip service. MP stands by you and always has your back. I definitely will not work for any other company. I'd be giving up too much. Thank you, MP!
Cons
Nothing for the company itself. It's all about the hospitals and their unrealistic expectations of what a coder can do. Especially since ICD 10 came into play, and especially with older consultants. Not all coders can keep up with the productivity now, and the second you can't, the hospital drops you like a hot potato.
