Pros
You get a paycheck, free coffee, and you get to go home everyday. Other than that you can do so much better than this company.
Cons
They do a great job of selling you on the company. They are like a car salesman, they tell you all the great features of the car and then a week later your alternator falls out. Training is non existent, unrealistic expectations, very cliquey environment, an unfathomable workload and oh they do not believe in raises. According to them, no other company does what they do. You are only safe if you are liked by the right people. A bunch of adults who take everything personal. Please be careful when considering working here. Please take heed, you will not be value for hard-work. You have to be one of the cool kids and trust me, those positions have already been filled. There is no work life balance, doesn't matter if your kids are sick, family emergency, your health ins in jeopardy it doesn't matter. Unless your are deemed their favorite. I promise this review is not meant to be personal, this is their culture and everyday reality in that office. You are going to be worked to the bone for bonuses that you will receive every so often. You will be burned out and every there is fed up and unhealthy but they have been brain wash on a false narrative and made believe they love that job. Most individuals their look drained and guess what they add more work about every week. The countless pointless meetings are sickening, just for them to tell you hey you cant get a raise but here is more work as your reward. Trust me, the incentives like holiday trips, raffles (rigged), free lunch often, etc are great for luring their victims in but once the dust settles, you are going to be questioning your existence. There are much better jobs out there. The CEO is the catalyst for this garbage work environment and she has a bunch of minions carrying out her mission. Not to mention, management is her own family or extended family, so yeah the chances for promotion are smaller than half a mustard seed. You don't know who to trust at all. One minute you are cool with everybody and then the roomers start and then people quickly begin to alienate you and then boom you are fired. Management is the worst. Also, if you make any sense in any of the weekly meetings, because obviously you want to do your job well, they take that as a sign of insubordination and you'll slowly be out the door. If you see good reviews on here regarding this company, you must consider the possibility that they are the ones who are playing MedPro's game or it could be MedPro patting themselves on the back by having one of their staff members write these reviews to lure more victims in.... After all, they do this on a daily. You will see for yourself. But please don't.
