Pros

Team members and collaborative culture with other teams. Sales and Customer Success are top tier. Benefits and hybrid schedule. There used to be a lot of company events and company gifts. That’s drastically reduced.

Cons

The company used to be great when the original founders were around. They’ve stepped out and the current CEO micromanages the employees and does not value managers. Many firings monthly that do not provide job security. The strict monitoring system they use feels rather invasive. If considering this company, ask them for the employee survey results that have yet to be released from the last year and current. Lower than market rate compensation and no growth opportunities. Medpro was a great place to work and be part of.

Pros

This is a great place to work with genuinely caring people who value and support their employees. They truly care about your growth and are invested in helping you develop your skills and achieve your personal career goals. The work environment is very flexible, with a supportive work-from-home schedule. Although it’s a small company, there are plenty of opportunities to learn across different teams and divisions. Overall, it offers strong long-term career stability and growth potential.

Cons

None to note. The company has experienced some changes and normal growing pains, and they have taken steps to address and manage them.

Pros

-Amazing people across the org, friendly, knowledgeable, reliable -Generous PTO (3-4 weeks base) -Fair starting salaries -Modernish tech suite -Remote work (most people 1x week in office)

Cons

-Leadership disconnected from employees, do not listen to critiques -Hidden metrics often used to fire employees without warning or any consideration for impact to their team -Culture survey results completely hidden from org when not favorable -High turnover -No career or pay growth (despite stellar annual reviews and a promotion I only ever got ~3% raises every year, nothing for the promotion either) -No meaningful recognition for good work -Core Values are forced and meaningless -Nepotism and favoritism, many leaders are related or hold their position merely for being at the org a long time not from merit -Increase to outsource work rather than hire talent
