Pros

They will do their best they work around school schedule. EMS week is the best great gifts to show appreciation of staff. Onboard training is informative. They want you to succeed.

Cons

Not too much room for advancement other than Field training officer. This job is a stepping stone for career advancement in the medical field.

Pros

Some pros of working at MedReach are the open-door policy, flexible scheduling, and abundance of opportunity. Working here is very rewarding and there are so many opportunities to learn and grow within the medical field. Additionally, the location is a good spot for anyone who is a student at Dominguez Hills CSU. Additionally, the company has possibilities for student ride-alongs who plan on remaining with the company following their EMT course completion. The company has three 24-hour shifts that are constantly looking for EMTs to cover them, so there is room for picking up shifts.

Cons

Some of the cons include the smaller company size. For any EMTs looking for an OC County based company, MedReach is not the company. Additionally, the company is not a 911 company, primarily running IFT-BLS transports. Majority of the transports are psychiatric in nature, so those uncomfortable with psych patients should proceed with caution.

Pros

Company has been around a long time, they have processes, and a lot of coworkers.

Cons

Still midsized, somethings could be more professional.
