Pros
20$ an hour, you accumulate 4 hours PTO every 2 weeks ( you'll need it) there is honestly nothing else.
Cons
Prepare to never be good enough, do things constantly outside of your job description and be monitored over every little thing. You get a quota but you need to go above and beyond it to succeed and not be punished. 3 strikes on minor issues and you lose all benefits (that PTO ,etc.) and everything. It's like kindergarten, also they push impossible timeframes on you for spreadsheets, good luck!
