Don’t recommend for the long term - Customer Advocate MedRisk Employee Review

Company is outsourcing to the Philippines to save money and a lot of advocates either don’t know what they’re doing half the time or don’t care, creating more work for the employees that want to do a good job. Pay is barely a livable wage , be prepared to work another job if you have any major bills like rent/mortgage. They do mass layoffs of US based employees like once every six months with no consideration of employment duration, quality of work.
