      Pros

      As an employee at MedShr, your impact can be directly visible which in turn gives high job satisfaction. MedShr is a startup with a relatively flat hierarchy - everyone is contributing towards the same goals and growth of the company. Working in an organisation where your effort and the impact you make is acknowledged makes you want to put your best foot forward.

      Cons

      The outcomes are the most important thing (not just the process), i.e. getting to where you want to be.

      Pros

      Really enjoyed working at MedShr, even in a virtual internship capacity. The company culture was very supportive, and my supervisor was flexible and helpful in explaining all tasks involved. I got hands-on experience on how to communicate research and public health guidance to physicians around the world. Definitely recommend to prospective interns.

      Cons

      Minimal. I wish I'd gotten to know more about other functions of the company, but understandable considering it was a virtual internship.
