Pros

No benefits to working here

Cons

The worst place to work. They keep you on minimum wage with a hybrid pay scheme, then promise a raise, but it's a joke. I work under constant monitoring, requiring eight hours of continuous use, and their software detects inactivity after just 30 seconds. The engineering team management is a farce. They started hiring people and now they're firing them, forcing them to sign a final warning, claiming they aren't working hard enough. The dismissal is unjustified, and their lawyers are doing everything they can to prevent you from receiving what's fair. The entire system is rotten, from HR, engineering and finance to management.

Pros

As a recruiter, I appreciate the emphasis on transparency and honest communication throughout the hiring process. We strive to give candidates a clear understanding of who MedTrainer is, what we do, and what they can expect from the role. If we don't have an immediate answer to a candidate's question, we're upfront about it and follow up with accurate information rather than making assumptions. When requested, we also provide constructive feedback to help candidates grow after the interview process. It's rewarding to create a positive candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to identify great talent.

Cons

Things can change quickly, but that's part of working in healthcare compliance and an industry that's constantly evolving. It requires flexibility, and while adjustments can be challenging at times, the team does a good job of adapting and moving forward together.

Pros

Exposure to sales processes and client interactions provides valuable experience.

Cons

Frequent changes in the leadership, quotas and performance tracking create inconsistency and can make it challenging for sales teams to stay aligned and motivated. Lack of stability in expectations can impact moral and performance. Leadership consistency and development could be improved to better support and guide teams effectively. Leadership should be more connected to what is really going on with the mid level management.
