The Founders have cultivated a terrible and deeply toxic atmosphere that leaves employees utterly exhausted and miserably frustrated. The constant threat of huge layoffs is rampant. Unreasonable management keeps laying off employees that are not their favorites. Though I am working non-stop, It's impossible to avoid the stress and burnout here. I felt the discrimination when they did not give days off to some of us. Instead, they fire people that are complaining. If not for my loyal clients, I will leave this place in a month. I just finished my training course, then I left! Steer clear there is no growth here!
