      excessive overseas outsourcing, onsite work environment is loud, understaffed, low pay, no structured training

      Pros

      Very generous, lunches provided frequently snacks. Management shows their gratitude. Friday dress down days. Foster a team environment, people are very friendly. Can always ask questions.

      None that I can think of.

      Lunch (leftovers from metings ) on some days

      Cons

      Management, Pay, Insurance cost and type of insurance. They only care about money being brought in. They will not own up to mistakes they have made in the billing process.
