      Exceptional patient care with knowledgeable staff and doctors, room to grow within the company to lead you to personal success, Relationships with amazing staff and the community as a whole, Providing emergency and specialty health care for pets in all communities served and meeting a great need for those communities, full array of top notch health, wellness, future financial, and leadership benefits within the company, strive to be fair to employees with open door policy for discussion and allow transparent workplace, pure love for animals and a desire to help those that are ill and need round the clock intensive care

      Cons

      Necessary negative impact to work holidays but also very clear expectation when joining a 24/7 hospital so not a surprise

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
